- New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial upon signing up.
- During the free trial, you can explore and experience our services without incurring any charges.
- To continue using our services after the free trial, you must provide your consent and payment details to activate a subscription.
Subscription Plans
- Upon completing the free trial, you can choose to subscribe to our services on a monthly or yearly basis.
- The subscription fee will be charged to your selected payment method at the start of each subscription period.
- By subscribing, you agree to be billed in advance for the selected period.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation During the Free Trial:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day free trial period without incurring any charges.
- If no action is taken, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial, and the applicable charges will be processed.
- Cancellation After Subscription Activation:
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@caspai.com.
- No Refunds: Once the subscription fee has been charged for a billing period (monthly or yearly), it is non-refundable. Even if you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period, the fee for that period will not be prorated or refunded.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to our services until the end of the current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew.
- Auto-Renewal:
- Subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You can disable auto-renewal through your account settings at any time.
Important Notes
- We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused features, or canceled subscriptions after the billing period has started.
- It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and ensure timely cancellation if you no longer wish to use our services.
